As a Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist, Certified Medical Qi Gong Practitioner, Kinesiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, Creator of Bodhi Medical Qigong and Zen Stretch Moving Meditation, Shaolin Kung Fu Master, and Buddhist philosopher, I possess an expansive wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of health and fitness. I believe there are many roads one can travel to achieve a balanced mind and body. That being said, I incorporate both western and eastern methodologies to treat my patients. Have you done qigong for sciatica and if not can you?
Can we do these or some of them sitting down. We use the sitting one at the ALF I am the activities person for.
absolutely, the entire program can be done in a seated position.

Thank you so much for this beautiful practice. I've been doing it for a week or so. It encouraged me to check the exact pathways for all the meridians to do it properly. I find that with daily practice it becomes a very powerful experience. It makes me feel grounded, peaceful and highly aware of the energy flow within my body and around me. As to the health related benefits, what I noticed is that my skin is much more moist and there is a lovely natural glow to it.

Thank you for posting the video. I agree with you about the food recommended not to take. Based on personal experience and on a lot of studying about nutrition, dairies, wheat, corn and refined sugars cause inflammation. However, do you mind me asking why you also recommend not to take soy?

Best foot exercise ever. I have swelling in my both feet. Not the whole foot, but near ankles and upper part of foot. Left ankle hurts so much ,soft tissue Edema. I can’t walk for more than a minute. I hope this exercise helps. Thank you so much
